💼 About This Role

You'll own research activities to shape the full user experience of Picnic's products, collaborating with Data Analysts, Product Owners, and Designers. You'll uncover customer insights through hands-on testing and analysis. This role offers a 50/50 split between hands-on research and communicating insights to teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Initiate and execute hands-on user research activities
• Analyze user behavior and communicate insights to stakeholders
• Collaborate with designers to test prototypes weekly
• Document sessions and present actionable insights

📋 Requirements

• MSc degree in Industrial Design, HCI, or related field
• 0-3 years of UX research experience
• Ability to analyze and visualize data in Excel
• Fluency in Dutch and English
