💼 About This Role

You'll lead end-to-end site selection for new data centers supporting AI compute deployments across North America and internationally. Your work will directly enable scalable, cost-efficient infrastructure expansion for a high-growth cloud company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end site selection including market research and due diligence
• Evaluate power availability, land, fiber, and climate risk for sites
• Coordinate with utilities and local government on power interconnection
• Manage relationships with brokers, advisors, and development partners

📋 Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in data center site selection or critical infrastructure siting
• Deep knowledge of power infrastructure including utility interconnection
• Familiarity with permitting processes and land use entitlements
• Experience working with utility companies and economic development agencies

✨ Nice to Have

• Direct experience at a hyperscaler or colocation provider
• Knowledge of AI/GPU cluster power density requirements
• Experience with international site selection in EMEA or APAC
