You'll design and operate modern endpoint environments across macOS and Windows, focusing on Intune and Iru to drive automation and security. Your core impact will be helping customers evolve to a Zero Trust-aligned endpoint strategy, balancing security, usability, and automation. This role offers ownership of device lifecycle management and integration with identity platforms like Okta and Entra ID.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and manage endpoint platforms using Microsoft Intune and Iru
• Own device lifecycle management including onboarding and compliance
• Implement automated provisioning with Autopilot and Apple Business Manager
• Configure hardening baselines for macOS and Windows via Intune/Iru

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in endpoint engineering or IT infrastructure
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune
• Experience with Iru or Jamf
• Solid understanding of endpoint security including patching and EDR

• Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible
• Experience with infrastructure as code including Terraform
• Experience with Nexthink or similar endpoint analytics tools
