You'll support the full lifecycle of corporate development at EquipmentShare, a construction technology company. You'll help source and execute acquisitions while researching industry trends. This internship offers hands-on experience in deal sourcing and mergers and acquisitions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Research and identify potential acquisition targets in priority markets
• Cold call and email company owners to explore opportunities
• Support financial and market analysis for active transactions
• Help prepare presentations and investment memos

📋 Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business
• GPA of 3.5 or higher required
• Strong communication skills and willingness to cold call company owners
• Analytical ability to interpret financial statements and market data
