Description
You will build and lead a Customer Success team that ensures customer satisfaction and growth, acting as the primary contact for key customers and coordinating internal teams. Requirements
- Experience building and leading a Customer Success function

- Experience in retail, e-commerce, or grocery sectors preferred
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary customer contact to ensure high satisfaction and success
- Manage customer issues and feedback, coordinating with internal teams for resolution
- Oversee customer onboarding and deployment projects for on-time successful delivery
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics for customers and Gatik
- Work with Commercial team to drive contract renewals and expansions
