💼 About This Role

You'll join a mobile geriatric psychiatry team delivering psychiatric services directly to seniors in homes and senior living communities. You'll build trusted relationships while providing dementia-related behavioral care and managing complex neurocognitive conditions, supported by a collaborative care model that values clinical autonomy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for geriatric patients in home and facility settings
• Diagnose and manage mood, anxiety, and dementia-related behavioral conditions
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications considering comorbidities
• Collaborate with primary care providers and facility care teams

📋 Requirements

• Active, unencumbered PMHNP license in the state of practice
• Experience in geriatric psychiatry, long-term care, or mobile healthcare
• Strong clinical judgment and comfort working independently with remote support
• Compassionate patient-centered approach with seniors
