🎯 What You'll Do

• Design parallel AI research experiments with agentic systems.
• Train and iterate on LLMs, VLMs, and embedding models.
• Conduct first-principles research into model architectures.
• Build agentic research infrastructure and shared tooling.

📋 Requirements

• PhD in CS, ML, or related field (or MSc with 4+ years experience).
• End-to-end model development including data preparation and evaluation.
• Strong knowledge of probability, optimization, and linear algebra.
• Experience building training or evaluation pipelines with real data.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with distributed training frameworks (PyTorch DDP, DeepSpeed, FSDP).
• Publications at top venues (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with post-training methods (RLHF, DPO, reward modeling).
