Description

As a Senior Account Manager, you will own and grow revenue across a portfolio of Growth Market customers, driving retention and expansion through proactive account management. You'll build relationships with key stakeholders, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years account management or customer-facing sales experience
  • 2+ years B2B SaaS, AdTech, or MarTech experience
  • Proven track record of growing revenue within existing accounts
  • Strong commercial acumen and data-driven approach
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English
