You'll provide one-on-one mentoring and companionship to individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities in home and community settings. You'll help clients reach their full potential through personal care assistance and community integration activities. This role offers flexible scheduling and a positive work environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming)
• Accompany clients on errands and appointments
• Spend time on clients' favorite hobbies and activities
• Assist with everyday tasks like meal preparation

📋 Requirements

• One year experience working with I/DD individuals OR completion of apprentice training
• High school diploma or equivalent
