You'll coordinate launch activities for Scout Vehicles, tracking and reporting initial builds and change management. You'll play a decisive role in developing lessons learned transferred to production lines. This role offers the chance to build an iconic electric vehicle brand from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Organize Pilot Hall meetings and facilitate cross-functional discussions
• Develop and maintain project plans with timelines and milestones
• Coordinate vehicle build scheduling and capacity planning
• Manage escalation processes for parts availability and technical solutions

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in Manufacturing Engineering, Pilot Builds, or Project Management
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Deep knowledge of Vehicle Manufacturing processes
• Proficient in Jira, Confluence, and Power BI

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's degree in Automotive Engineering
• Experience with Automotive Manufacturing
