💼 About This Role

You'll support Special Make-Up product development and fit & wear testing for footwear. You'll ensure product excellence from concept to commercialization. This hybrid role combines hands-on evaluation with development execution.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan and execute fit and wear testing protocols
• Evaluate product performance, fit, comfort, and durability
• Support end-to-end development of SMU footwear products
• Manage timelines and review samples for quality

📋 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in footwear product development or wear testing
• Strong understanding of footwear construction, materials, and fit principles
• Experience working with factories and cross-functional teams
• Ability to assess product both qualitatively and quantitatively

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in both product development and wear testing environments
• Background in performance or lifestyle footwear categories
• Familiarity with testing protocols and data collection methods
