You'll lead data-driven product decisions for pump.fun, the largest memecoin launchpad. You'll identify opportunities and measure impact across the product with full ownership. This role offers unmatched autonomy at a high-scale crypto startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, run, and analyze A/B tests to optimize product experience
• Proactively identify problems and opportunities through data analysis
• Build and maintain dashboards to track key metrics
• Develop models to understand user behavior and predict outcomes

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of data science experience at startup or FAANG
• Proficiency with Python/R and SQL/BigQuery
• Strong experience designing, running, and analyzing A/B tests on consumer products
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously on entire projects

• Experience with cryptocurrency and blockchain data
• Strong data visualization skills (Omni/Looker)
• Experience building and maintaining data pipelines (Dagster, DBT)
