💼 About This Role

You'll own pipeline generation for the AMER region at XBOW, a cybersecurity startup building the first autonomous pentester. Core impact: design and execute regional marketing programs that drive demand and support revenue growth. You'll work closely with Sales and Partnerships to run events, ABM, and channel marketing with clear ownership and measurable goals.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own pipeline generation for the AMER region with revenue-aligned targets
• Plan and execute regional events (dinners, roundtables, conferences)
• Build and run account-based marketing (ABM) programs with Sales
• Develop channel and partner marketing initiatives for co-sourced pipeline

📋 Requirements

• 5-8+ years of B2B marketing with focus on field or demand generation
• Proven experience building pipeline for a specific geographic region
• Hands-on experience with events, ABM, and channel/partner marketing
• Strong cross-functional partner with Sales and ownership of metrics

• Experience in B2B SaaS, security, or technical developer products
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot or similar platforms
• Experience in fast-growing or early-stage environments
