💼 About This Role

You'll process orders, returns, and pricing inquiries for industrial repair and distribution clients at Paragon Technologies. Your core impact is maximizing customer satisfaction and contribution margins by accurately handling requests and orchestrating internal resources. You'll develop customer knowledge and identify incremental selling opportunities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Process inbound customer calls for order status, pricing, and delivery.
• Develop knowledge of assigned customers' buying processes.
• Use internal systems to process orders, quotes, and returns.
• Orchestrate resources like technical support and purchasing to meet needs.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of customer service in manufacturing or distribution.
• Industrial repair or distribution experience (two years).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email.
• Ability to identify selling opportunities and work with outside sales.
