You'll help build and lead Arrive's Open Deck Line of Business to drive substantial revenue growth. You'll develop and execute strategy to position Arrive as a market leader. This role offers a chance to shape a high-growth business in a collaborative environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and price Open Deck RFPs and spot quotes.
• Develop and execute sales strategies for new business.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or related field.
• 3+ years in 3PL space, preferably Open Deck.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
