💼 About This Role

You'll own the systems that power growth experiments, marketing data pipelines, and user identity. You'll partner with product and design to turn ambiguous hypotheses into scoped, shippable work. This role is less about polished surfaces and more about getting the right data between the right systems at the right time.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Evolve data integration infrastructure for marketing and experimentation
• Build the connective tissue between external tools and internal systems
• Partner with Growth team to translate priorities into executable work
• Balance velocity with system health and document tradeoffs

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of production software experience in a high-ownership environment
• Data & experimentation infrastructure experience
• Ability to weigh technical tradeoffs between velocity and system health
• Experience translating ambiguous product requirements into scoped work

✨ Nice to Have

• Previous experience on a Growth or marketing-adjacent engineering team
• Familiarity with Go, GCP, Kubernetes, or Terraform
• Experience with Salesforce data pipelines or CRM integrations
