Description

You will guide customers to design reliable, scalable systems using MongoDB's data platform, working closely with sales executives to win deals and drive business forward. Act as a trusted advisor to diverse users from startups to enterprise IT organizations.

Requirements

• 8-11 years customer-facing experience, 5-7 years in pre-sales with enterprise software
• Minimum 3 years experience with modern scripting languages (Python, Node.js, SQL) or popular languages (C/C++, Java, C#)
• Experience designing scalable distributed systems in cloud and on-prem
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for conveying complex technical concepts
• Ability to travel up to 25%

Responsibilities

• Design scalable and performant applications and systems leveraging MongoDB
• Guide customers on architecture patterns and optimization strategies
• Collaborate with sales team on account planning and opportunity qualification
• Proactively generate demand through technical initiatives and events
• Mentor other Solutions Consulting team members
