You will lead community engagement across Life360's social channels, turning everyday interactions into genuine connections and growing brand advocacy through outbound engagement. You'll serve as the company's pulse on what members are talking about, transforming insights to shape product and content.

Requirements

• 2-3 years community management or social media experience
• Proven success growing engaged communities across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Threads
• Strong brand voice and copywriting skills adaptable to different platforms
• Ability to identify and authentically place brand in trending conversations

Responsibilities

• Manage daily engagement across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, Twitter, YouTube
• Respond to comments and DMs in a timely, thoughtful manner
• Publish high-volume outbound comments rooted in social listening and trends
• Identify and reach out to members for UGC and story amplification
• Own social listening, track sentiment, and deliver monthly insights
