💼 About This Role

You'll perform as Manager-on-Duty, supervising 2-5 team members in cookie sales and deliveries. You'll lead onboarding and training for new hourly staff while supporting inventory control and ordering. This role offers eligibility for end of period store bonus and free cookies every shift.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise and coach 2-5 team members during shifts
• Lead new hourly staff onboarding and training
• Conduct interviews for potential new hires
• Support ordering, inventory control and scheduling

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year of supervisory experience in restaurant or retail
• Prior experience conducting in-person interviews
• Ability to work 4-5 day work week including late shifts
• Must be 18 years of age or older

✨ Nice to Have

• Point of Sale (POS) systems experience
• Experience with MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems
