As a Senior AI Success Manager at Braze, you will collaborate with customers to drive their success with AI-powered marketing, owning executive relationships and conducting analyses to showcase value. You'll work alongside implementation, data science, and sales teams to drive renewals, upsells, and expansions, while acting as the voice of customers to influence product development.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships across customer organizations
• Drive success of AI use cases with implementation and data science teams
• Work with sales team to drive renewals and upsell opportunities
• Develop understanding of customer business context to map Braze value proposition
• Conduct analyses using Excel, SQL and provide data-driven presentations
