You'll own and scale Customer Support operations for a fast-growing accessories brand with unicorn ambitions. Your work will directly impact efficiency and quality as the team grows to 500+ people. This role offers a chance to build from scratch in a high-visibility position.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own and improve Customer Support operating system and workflows
- Design scalable ticketing, routing, tagging, and automation structures
- Build QA framework with scorecards and calibration processes
- Partner with Director of CX on data reporting and insights
๐ Requirements
- 3โ5+ years experience in Customer Support Operations or QA
- Hands-on expertise with CS tools (ticketing, automation, QA tools)
- Ability to design QA frameworks and process documentation
- Fluent in Lithuanian and English

- Experience in a leadership or ownership capacity driving operational change
- Experience working closely with CX/CS leadership and cross-functional teams
