You'll own and scale Customer Support operations for a fast-growing accessories brand with unicorn ambitions. Your work will directly impact efficiency and quality as the team grows to 500+ people. This role offers a chance to build from scratch in a high-visibility position.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own and improve Customer Support operating system and workflows
  • Design scalable ticketing, routing, tagging, and automation structures
  • Build QA framework with scorecards and calibration processes
  • Partner with Director of CX on data reporting and insights

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3โ€“5+ years experience in Customer Support Operations or QA
  • Hands-on expertise with CS tools (ticketing, automation, QA tools)
  • Ability to design QA frameworks and process documentation
  • Fluent in Lithuanian and English

  • Experience in a leadership or ownership capacity driving operational change
  • Experience working closely with CX/CS leadership and cross-functional teams
