🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and manage the Philippines-based HelloConnect Logistics team
• Develop and monitor daily task checklists for efficiency
• Conduct performance reviews and support recruitment
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Provide reporting and analysis to HelloFresh Inbound Logistics team

📋 Requirements

• Experience in logistics and supply chain
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple processes
• Strong communication and organizational skills
