You'll design and build AI-powered chatbots and automation tools for HR and Finance operations, streamlining workflows and improving employee experiences. You'll manage projects end-to-end from problem discovery to deployment, gaining hands-on experience with enterprise AI tools and APIs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain AI-powered chatbots and HR/finance automation tools.
• Digitize and structure internal documentation for AI knowledge retrieval.
• Automate repetitive HR processes like onboarding and leave tracking.

📋 Requirements

• B.Tech in CS, AI, ML, Data Science, or related (2024/25 preferred).
• Hands-on AI project experience through internships or hackathons.
• Python proficiency including scripting and libraries.
• Understanding of LLMs, NLP, or automation pipelines.
