💼 About This Role

You'll own calibration procedures and drive quality management systems to deliver high-quality radar products. You'll partner across product development, production, and field operations to continuously improve product quality.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own calibration procedures for production and development assets
• Review engineering drawings and manufacturing instructions
• Verify incoming inspection of PCBAs, COTS, and mechanical components
• Trend quality metrics and lead root cause analysis

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or similar technical field
• 2+ years experience with PCBAs, electrical assemblies, or electronics manufacturing
• Ability to interpret PCB schematics, layouts, and BOMs
• Hands-on experience with test equipment (multimeter, oscilloscope, power supplies)

• Knowledge of FMEA, APQP, and GD&T
• Experience with AS9100 or ISO 9001 standards
• Familiarity with IPC-A-600 or IPC-A-610
