💼 About This Role

You'll work directly with strategic enterprise customers to identify high-impact AI opportunities and build solutions using the Celonis Process Intelligence platform. You'll prototype AI solutions and drive measurable business value through implementation and adoption. This customer-facing role combines problem framing, solution design, and business impact with leading AI technologies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify high-impact AI opportunities with enterprise customers
• Design AI-powered solutions combining Celonis platform with modern AI
• Prototype and demonstrate value to business and technical stakeholders
• Lead innovation workshops and hackathons with customers
• Drive adoption and realization of measurable value from AI deployments

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in solutions consulting, data/AI consulting, or similar customer-facing roles
• Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred)
• Business process knowledge across sectors like supply chain or finance
• Prototyping experience with Python and modern AI frameworks
• Familiarity with Generative AI architectures such as RAG, prompt engineering, or agent-based systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building or deploying generative AI applications
• Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or other LLM orchestration frameworks
• Industry experience in supply chain, finance, or operations
