• Review and assess medical and financial risk for complex underwriting cases
• Communicate underwriting decisions with agents and distribution partners
• Provide technical support and informal leadership to the underwriting team
• Mentor and coach other underwriters as needed

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Life Insurance Underwriting
• Four-year degree in Business or related field
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
