Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for tax-related data products, bridging business users and engineering teams to ensure successful delivery of data products. Facilitate workshops, perform gap analysis, and validate outputs against source reports.

Requirements

• Strong background in Business Analysis Consulting, with experience in tax or financial services preferred.
• Proficiency in creating detailed documentation including BRDs, functional specs, and workflow diagrams.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and interpret insights relevant to business needs.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
