Channel Partner Manager

Description

You will own and grow a portfolio of channel partners, recruit and enable new partners, and drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to build scalable partner relationships and achieve quarterly quotas.

Requirements

  • Strong relationship-building skills with a commercial mindset
  • Experience in channel ecosystem and partner enablement
  • Comfortable owning revenue targets and collaborating cross-functionally
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity in a high-growth environment
  • Foundational sales knowledge and results-driven approach

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a portfolio of channel partners (accountants, brokers, HR consultants, VC/PE firms, etc.)
  • Proactively recruit, onboard, and activate new partners
  • Enable partners through training, resources, and ongoing coaching
  • Carry and achieve quarterly quota for partner-sourced pipeline and closed revenue
  • Use data to manage pipeline, forecast, and prioritize partner efforts
