💼 About This Role

You'll build AI-powered agents and automations for Webflow's Engineering, Product, Design org. Your work will help EPD teams run more efficiently through prototyping, integration, and automation. You'll also own the internal skills and agent library.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build agents and automations for EPD operations
• Own internal skills and agent library
• Translate operational pain points into AI workflows
• Own full-stack AI builds end to end
• Document and enable adoption

📋 Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• Business-level fluency to read, write, and speak in English
• 4-6+ years of hands-on experience in automation engineering or internal tooling
• Deep AI and agent fluency with LLMs, APIs, vector databases, RAG

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building internal tools that got adopted by real teams
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Slack APIs
