You'll own day-to-day payables operations while helping build scalable processes and drive automation across finance workflows. You'll be a key partner to internal teams and vendors, ensuring accuracy and financial control in a fast-scaling AI-native business. This role offers the chance to shape the finance function from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Process invoices, manage supplier relationships, and execute payment runs
• Drive adoption of automation tools and AI-assisted workflows
• Maintain supplier master data and optimize purchase order processes
• Assist with month-end close, bank reconciliations, and audit support

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in Finance or Accounts Payable role
• Experience with accounting systems like NetSuite, Xero, QuickBooks
• Strong Excel skills with large datasets
• High attention to detail and proactive problem-solving
