🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead research to improve conversational capabilities in production
• Build end-to-end models and pipelines optimizing quality and efficiency
• Partner with platform and product engineers to integrate new models
• Break down ambiguous research ideas into clear milestones

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or research
• Experience post-training and deploying LLMs in production
• Fluency in Python and modern ML tooling
• Track record of taking research ideas to production impact
