You'll serve as the subject matter expert in life underwriting, assessing medical and financial risks for complex cases with minimal supervision. Your decisions will directly impact underwriting processes, and you'll collaborate with distribution teams to communicate decisions effectively. This fully remote role offers the chance to mentor others and represent the company at industry events.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review and assess medical and financial risk for complex underwriting cases.
• Communicate underwriting decisions with agents and distribution partners.
• Mentor and coach other underwriters as needed.
• Recommend improvements to underwriting guidelines and processes.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Life Insurance Underwriting.
• Four-year degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without immigration sponsorship.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
