💼 About This Role

You'll own full-cycle accounting for multiple U.S. clients at a strategic finance firm. You'll deliver clean monthly closes, accurate financial reporting, and structured workflows. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely from Latam with a supportive team focused on your growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage full month-end close including journal entries and reconciliations
• Review and post payroll entries, reconcile to GL
• Build structured A/P and A/R workflows and review staff work
• Prepare draft financial statements and variance analysis

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 4–7 years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and accrual accounting
• Advanced QuickBooks Online proficiency

✨ Nice to Have

• Intuit certification or Spreadsheet Sync experience
• Experience in multi-client or consulting environments
• Familiarity with Bill.com, Gusto, ADP, or similar tools
