• Lead initiatives to solve systemic challenges in Payments

• Balance internal teams' operational needs with business objectives
• Identify and mitigate operational, security, and compliance risks

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in a tech-driven operations role
• Data fluency with advanced analysis tools
• Proven ability to design and optimize complex end-to-end processes
• Comfortable navigating regulatory environments and identifying risks
