You'll join XP Inc., a leading independent financial institution in Brazil, to conduct internal audits across the organization. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform internal audits across the organization
• Identify risk areas and propose process improvements
• Prepare detailed audit reports with recommendations
• Monitor implementation of audit recommendations

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field
• Experience in internal audit, preferably at brokerages or investment banks
• Knowledge of financial products (Fixed Income, Equities, FX) and regulations
• Familiarity with AML, customer registration, and suitability

✨ Nice to Have

• Archer risk management tool experience
• COSO methodology knowledge
• CIA certification
• Programming skills (Python, C++, SQL, VBA) or BI tools
