You'll partner with a managing partner to drive VP and C-level executive searches for top tech clients. You'll own candidate sourcing, relationship management, and research strategy for each search engagement. This role offers exposure to senior executives and investors in a high-caliber retained search firm with a long-term relationship-driven approach.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Gather client information to understand company, culture, and position requirements.
• Develop search documentation including position descriptions and candidate assessments.
• Contact and assess potential candidates for fit against position requirements.
• Leverage LLMs to analyze industries and competitive landscapes.

📋 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in executive search, recruiting, consulting, or tech sales.
• Proven ability in client-facing environments with attention to detail and resilience.
• Skilled with CRM/ATS platforms to manage pipelines and track progress.
• An undergraduate degree is required.
