You'll support network implementation and Tier 3 escalation for CBP enterprise services. You'll ensure reliable operation of network infrastructure through troubleshooting, fixes, and field deployments. This role offers exposure to advanced networking technologies in a government environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide Tier 3 escalation for Cisco R&S and SD-WAN edge
• Manage F5 LTM/GTM, Infoblox, and firewall operations
• Perform outage root cause analysis and change implementation
• Support field deployment fixes and repository updates

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or related field or 3+ years exp
• 5+ years of progressive network engineering experience
• Experience with routing, switching, SD-WAN, and security
• Proficiency in documentation tools and standards

✨ Nice to Have

• CBP experience preferred
• Experience with NetScout, SolarWinds, or PRTG
