🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft and negotiate SaaS, licensing, vendor, and partnership contracts.
• Advise sales and product teams on contract structures and risk allocation.
• Provide legal guidance on go-to-market initiatives and product launches.
• Develop and improve contract templates, playbooks, and legal processes.

📋 Requirements

• J.D. from accredited law school with active U.S. state bar membership.
• 4-7 years of experience in commercial or technology transactions.
• Blockchain and digital asset regulatory knowledge.
• Contract negotiation and drafting skills.
