You'll join CarGurus' TDR Team to build detection and response platforms that protect employees, customers, and stakeholders. You'll leverage AI and automation to stop threats and drive security engineering. This role offers hands-on impact in a cloud-first AWS/Kubernetes environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build detection tools using an engineering-first approach
• Leverage AI and automation for detection operations
• Onboard and optimize security logging data
• Respond to alerts and participate in on-call rotations

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in software, security, or data engineering
• Experience with data pipelines and SIEM tools
• Proficiency in Python, Go, or similar
• Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD

• Experience with ML-driven detections
• Familiarity with threat actor TTPs
• Incident response experience
