💼 About This Role

You'll join the BSG (Business Strategy Growth) team as a Rider Growth Analyst for Spain, driving growth strategies and data-driven decision-making. You'll monitor KPIs, build dashboards, and lead analytical deep dives to optimize user acquisition and retention.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor regional KPIs and identify deviations and opportunities.
• Design and maintain scorecards and dashboards in Tableau.
• Build replicable analysis templates across regions and segments.
• Prepare 1-pagers and business cases for regional initiatives.

📋 Requirements

• Experience in business analysis, growth, or operations in B2C/marketplace.
• Analytical skills to structure problems and turn data into actions.
• Proficiency in Tableau and Excel/Sheets.
• SQL knowledge is a plus.

• Python skills for automation and scaling.
• Experience in mobility, delivery, or consumer tech.
• Ability to communicate with storytelling using data.
