You'll join a multidisciplinary home health team providing skilled rehabilitative care to clients in Prescott, AZ. You'll develop individualized care plans and apply innovative techniques to help clients reach their goals in the comfort of their homes. This role offers a pay per point model with weekly pay and flexible scheduling.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform diagnostic tests and measurements
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Educate clients and family members on rehabilitative care
• Document observations and interventions accurately

📋 Requirements

• Current Occupational Therapist license in Arizona
• Willingness to travel in assigned territory
• Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy curriculum
• 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist
