💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a high-level subject matter expert on ethics and investigation matters for a global luxury fashion platform. You'll manage critical compliance pillars including Ethics Policies, Whistleblower Investigations, and Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC). This role offers the chance to ensure our global operations remain ethical and compliant with international regulations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end investigations of ethics complaints.
• Develop and maintain a robust case management system.
• Lead implementation of Anti-Bribery & Corruption program.
• Support compliance initiatives across related areas.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Extensive experience in fraud investigations and compliance.
• Experience designing and implementing ethics and compliance programs.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with UK Bribery Act and US FCPA.
• Knowledge of whistleblower investigation principles.
• Certification in fraud examination (CFE).
