Description
You will lead high-impact design across LTK's Brand and Creator platforms, owning product surfaces end-to-end, driving complex initiatives from discovery to delivery, and partnering with Product, Engineering, and Data to connect design decisions to measurable business outcomes like creator growth and revenue.
Requirements
- 5+ years designing digital products with end-to-end ownership
- Proven experience shipping responsive web and native iOS products
- Portfolio demonstrating discovery-to-delivery ownership and measurable impact
- Strong systems thinking and ability to create scalable patterns across surfaces
- Experience with user research and data-informed design
Responsibilities
- Frame ambiguous problems into clear opportunity spaces and design directions
- Partner with Product and Engineering to align on goals, tradeoffs, and timelines
- Connect design decisions to measurable outcomes (activation, engagement, retention, etc.)
- Drive cohesive, system-first solutions across Brand and Creator surfaces
- Contribute to and evolve the design system for consistency and scalability
