Description

You will own end-to-end plan outcomes for assigned IFP markets, including strategy, design, filing, launch, and post-launch performance. This hands-on role involves coordinating cross-functionally with Actuarial, Regulatory, and Operations teams to ensure plan quality and stability.

Requirements

• 6+ years product management experience in IFP and Employer-Subsidized products
• 5+ years management experience in cross-functional environment (finance, consulting, health insurance)
• 4+ years experience owning plan design and regulatory filings
• 3+ years proficiency with Excel and SQL for data analysis
• Travel up to 25% of the time

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end plan design (benefits, cost-sharing, networks) balancing member experience and affordability
• Translate market strategy and regulatory requirements into executable designs
• Serve as primary product owner for assigned market filings, coordinating cross-functional teams
• Lead plan-level Quality Assurance and readiness reviews, remediating design or execution defects
• Monitor and analyze post-launch plan performance, driving corrective actions and feeding learnings forward
