💼 About This Role

You'll build and own the accounting function end-to-end, architecting financial systems that power the entire company. Your core impact is deploying AI and automation to scale what used to require a team, delivering real-time financial insights. This role is a unique opportunity to be an accounting engineer at a high-growth AI startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end accounting, GL, AP/AR, monthly close, and consolidated reporting.
• Deliver GAAP-compliant financial statements and maintain audit readiness.
• Manage multi-entity consolidation and post-acquisition integration.
• Own SaaS revenue accounting (ASC 606) across subscription and usage-based models.

📋 Requirements

• CPA certification required.
• 7-10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including as senior-most accounting leader at a venture-backed SaaS company.
• Deep expertise in ASC 606 revenue recognition for complex SaaS billing models.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and financial systems tooling.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-native ERP platforms like NetSuite or Workday.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and multi-entity consolidation.
• Background in vendor management and procurement.
