Description

You will advise a Fortune 200 client on international sanctions, export controls, and customs regulations across APAC. You'll monitor geopolitical developments, provide legal guidance on transactions, and deliver training to ensure trade compliance.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with minimum 6 years PQE
• Experience in trade compliance, sanctions, import/export control, or customs international trade law
• Sound knowledge of sanctions, export controls, and customs regulations in APAC markets

Responsibilities

• Advise on international sanctions regimes, export controls, and global trade regulations
• Ensure legal oversight of classification, valuation, and customs declarations across APAC trade flows
• Monitor geopolitical and regulatory developments in APAC and implement corrective actions
• Provide legal guidance to business teams on international transactions
• Deliver training on trade compliance obligations
