You will build, lead, and scale a new European Content Operations team, managing digital product content upload, syndication, and monitoring for beauty brands across multiple markets. This foundational role drives e-commerce excellence through team leadership and process optimization.

Requirements

• Experience in digital program management
• Team leadership and team scaling experience
• Operational expertise in content operations
• Process optimization skills
• Experience with PIM/DAM systems (Salsify a plus)

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Content Managers and Digital Shelf Analysts
• Plan and execute scaling of the team to 30+ members
• Develop and manage robust onboarding processes
• Oversee end-to-end digital content lifecycle including upload and syndication via PIM/DAM systems
• Monitor digital shelf analytics to ensure content compliance and competitiveness
