💼 About This Role

You'll build the People function from scratch at Jitter, partnering with the CEO. You'll enable international growth by hiring, developing, and engaging world-class teams. This role is based in Paris with relocation packages offered.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and lead the People function with the CEO
• Design and run a strong hiring engine to scale teams
• Create growth frameworks for talent development
• Oversee People operations including payroll and compliance

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years experience in People/Talent roles within Tech or SaaS
• Strong talent acquisition background with senior hiring ability
• Experience designing and running people playbook and processes
• Fluent in English
