💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in providing the best customer experience and help train new recruits. You'll use your fandom knowledge to drive sales and daily operations. This role offers the chance to work in a fun, pop culture environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return.
• Cover the sales floor and provide leadership support when manager is away.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using fandom knowledge.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to navigate store, merchandise product, and pack/unpack boxes up to 50 lbs.
