Description

You will ensure the venue is fully functional before, during, and after events by performing daily cleaning, maintenance projects, and repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and carpentry. You'll also oversee part-time cleaners and coordinate with outside vendors.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 0-2 years related work experience
• Knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems
• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays
• Ability to climb, crawl, bend, stoop

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, event, and scheduled cleaning and maintenance
• Repair and maintain venue systems: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpentry
• Inspect facility systems to detect malfunctions and determine solutions
• Develop standard maintenance procedures
• Assist with purchasing work materials
